very aggressive players might have.  Serving is underhand, unlike tennis, and there is a required   "2-bounce" rule, so points get started smoothly.  Most people play doubles and the court is smaller than tennis, so there isn't so much running.  It's a social game with lots of teamwork and chatter.

Importantly, the inventors specifically created the game so families could play together and kept the rules easy to learn.

If your firm is having a PICNIC or COMPANY OUTING, Pickleball is a great bonding event.  A court can be set up outdoors or indoors, teams can be formed quickly and a 'Coach' is on-hand to give introductory lessons and keep things moving along.

Pickleball can be competitive or social, just like badminton and ping pong, and spectators have fun watching the play either way.
